When you reach out, you are not talking to a roofer from Continuetrading Roofing. We are a referral service. You will be connected with an independent roofing provider in our network. That provider is a separate business that plans the job, gives you a quote, and does the work.
It works a bit like a school office that points you to the right teacher. The office helps you find the right person. The teacher does the teaching.
What Happens After You Ask
Here is the usual path:
- You share a few details about your home and your roof problem.
- A local provider is matched to your area and need.
- The provider contacts you to talk through the situation.
- If it makes sense, the provider visits your home to look at the roof.
- You get a written quote and decide what to do.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Good questions are like a flashlight in a dark room. They show you what is really there. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured here? Can I see proof?
- Will you look at the roof itself, not only from the ground?

- What materials will you use, and why?
- Who will be at my home during the job?
- What warranty comes with the work, and what does it cover?
A good answer is clear and specific. It may include photos or notes. Be careful if you hear vague answers, pressure to sign today, a request for full payment up front, or a price that changes with no explanation.

You are never required to hire the provider you talk to. You can ask for more than one estimate and compare them side by side. A fair provider will not mind. Take your time, read every line, and ask before you sign.
