How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Continuetrading Roofing wants each homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Continuetrading Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Continuetrading Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@continuetrading.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Last, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
